Report: Michigan could be without top CB this weekend

Michigan football will be looking to start the first winning streak of Jim Harbaugh's tenure as head coach this weekend, but the Wolverines might have to do so without one of their best defensive backs.

Harbaugh told Detroit radio station 97.1 The Ticket on Thursday morning cornerback Jourdan Lewis is still dealing with a concussion suffered last week against Oregon State.

“He’s back in class, and he’s back doing some things on the football field," Harbaugh said, via the Detroit News. "We’ll make that determination and the doctors will make that determination as the week progresses.”

Per MLive.com, safety Jabrill Peppers moved into Lewis' spot at cornerback against the Beavers.

Senior Jeremy Clark is listed as Lewis' backup on the depth chart published for the UNLV game.
