Report: Former OSU QB Daxx Garman considered transfer to Florida

Former Oklahoma State quarterback Daxx Garman might be headed to the SEC.

According to a report from OnlyGators.com, Garman has been considered during the offseason as a candidate to become QB at the University of Florida.

The report maintains that Garman was under consideration to be the Gators' QB during the spring, but it's unclear if he still remains in consideration to join UF.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound QB started for the Cowboys as a redshirt junior last season after usual starter J.W. Walsh suffered a season-ending foot injury.

Garman experience mixed performances with Oklahoma State, receiving little help from a struggling offensive line, and was eventually supplanted by freshman Mason Rudolph as OSU's starting QB.

Head coach Mike Gundy announced the news of Garman's transfer in March.

Garman has one year of eligibility remaining.
