Report: Arkansas lands official visit from JUCO lineman

As the Razorbacks look to move on under new offensive line coach Kurt Anderson and find replacements for departing starters Sebastian Tretola, Mitch Smothers and Denver Kirkland on the offensive line, Arkansas may have found its next starter all the way in California.

According to 247Sports, junior college prospect Paul Ramirez has agreed to take an official visit to Fayetteville the weekend of Jan. 29. The 6-foot-6, 300-pound Ramirez currently holds offers from Louisville and former Arkansas head coach Bobby Petrino, Indiana, Colorado State and of course Arkansas.

The latest addition to the Arkansas coaching staff, Anderson comes from the NFL after working with Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills. Anderson appears to be especially fired up to recruit for the marquee position in the Razorback program:

The Razorbacks have only two offensive lineman committed to its 2016 recruiting class, although one of them, junior college prospect Terrance Malone, has already enrolled in school.
