Paul Johnson is ready to defend his title at Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge

Georgia Tech head coach Paul Johnson knows a thing or two about football, but did you know he's also a title-winning golfer?

Johnson and his partner, former Georgia Tech basketball player Jon Barry, team up every year to compete in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge, a charity golf event. Johnson and Barry, whose all-time winnings in the event have reached $582,500, according to Georgia Tech's official athletic site, are going for a fourth title since 2011.

This year's purse is $520,000, per the release, with $120,000 going to the winners. Johnson and Barry's biggest competition may be the team of South Carolina's Steve Spurrier and former wide receiver Sterling Sharpe, who won back-to-back titles in 2008 and 2009.

Other interesting pairings include Alabama's Nick Saban and Mark Ingram, Auburn's Gus Malzahn and Bo Jackson, and North Carolina's Larry Fedora and Roy Williams.
