Pair of Illini TEs picked up in NFL

The Illinois Fighting Illini was one of the few teams that didn't have any players selected in the NFL Draft last weekend. 

That doesn't mean they won't have any players on NFL rosters from this most recent draft class. Matt LaCosse and Jon Davis, who both played tight end for the Illini have been picked up by NFL teams. 

The 6'6" and 250 pounds LaCosse has signed with the New York Giants. Jon Davis who stands at 6'3" and 240 pounds with the Dallas Cowboys.
