Ole Miss loses offensive lineman Robert Conyers for the season

Literally adding injury to insult, Ole Miss lost more than a football game in the Liberty Bowl last weekend.

Head coach Hugh Freeze announced Monday the team lost junior center Robert Conyers to injury against the Tigers. Conyers injured his “good knee" against Memphis, according to Freeze.

Conyers had been struggling with knee injuries all season long and will now be out for the remainder of the 2015 campaign.

Freeze indicated the team would look to replace Conyers with senior offensive lineman Justin Bell. Expect Bell to get the first team reps leading up to the Texas A&M game.
