OL Zack Bailey named to All-SEC Freshman team

The axiom often states that a football team should be built from the inside-out. Assuming the team can dominate up front and control both lines of scrimmage, success likely will follow.

In somewhat of a rebuilding process, South Carolina is looking for those types of players. Fortunately for Will Muschamp and his staff, he's got a very nice building block in soon-to-be sophomore Zack Bailey.

On Thursday, the 6'6", 320-pound offensive lineman was named to the All-SEC Freshman squad for his efforts this past year. Bailey was a true team player -- contributing at both guard and center. He could even play tackle in a pinch if need be.

This sort of positional versatility will be incredibly valuable to South Carolina as it builds its offensive line going forward.
