Oklahoma won't be showing off new uniforms this season

Last season, Oklahoma busted out some new uniforms and a new slogan to go with them.

This season, it appears the Sooners are just going to stick with some tradition. 

OU won't have a new alternate uniform this season and last year's new look (shown above) which was shown at West Virginia will not be repeated.

Earlier in the week, it was rumored Oklahoma among other schools, including Texas, would have black jerseys this season.

That will not be the case, according to Kenny Mossman, senior associate athletics director at Oklahoma.

Texas coach Charlie Strong said the same, despite the reports coming from the Tidewater News in Franklin, Va.
