It’s the 12th week of NCAA football and it’s amazing how fast the season is rolling. We look at the top five games to watch this weekend.

Last week we saw Alabama roll Mississippi State and the ‘Noles took care of business against Boston College.

However, it was one of those crazy weeks in NCAA football where a lot of the top teams lost on the same day.

It’s looking like this week is going to be a slim slate, but I’ll see what magic I can cook up for those that may be looking for some quality football.

Let’s take a look at our top five games to watch in NCAA football week 12.

Who: No. 2 Ohio St. vs. Michigan St.

When: 12:00 p.m.

Broadcast: ESPN

Where: Spartan Stadium, East Lansing, MI

It’s a game that’s been huge over the past few years. However, many don’t expect this game to be competitive as Ohio State is a three touchdown favorite. We saw last week that anything can happen in college football. Michigan State has just one Big 10 win all season, but will be looking to spoil Ohio State’s season. Ohio State is a -21.5 favorite.

Nov 12, 2016; Tucson, AZ, USA; Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Cam Denson (3) is tackled by Colorado Buffaloes defensive back Chidobe Awuzie (4) during the fourth quarter at Arizona Stadium. Colorado won 49-24. Mandatory Credit: Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

Who: No. 22 Washington St. vs. No. 10 Colorado

When: 3:30 p.m.

Broadcast: FOX

Where: Folsom Field, Boulder, CO

It’s so crazy to see these two teams ranked in the top 25. It’s even crazier that it’s on our top five list of games to watch in week 12. Colorado will be looking to stay atop the PAC-12 South division and Washington State will be looking to stay atop the PAC-12 North division. Somebody has to lose though. Colorado is a -4 favorite.

Who: Miami vs. NC State

When: 12:30 p.m.

Broadcast: ACC Network

Where: Carter-Finley Stadium, Raleigh, NC

This game means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. However, it should be a decent game to watch as both teams as somewhat similar when it comes to advanced metrics. If Miami lost, FSU fans would rejoice. If NC State lost, FSU fans would still rejoice because Dave Doeren is a douche. Miami is a -3 favorite.

Nov 15, 2014; Miami Gardens, FL, USA; Florida State Seminoles running back Dalvin Cook (4) scores a touchdown past Miami Hurricanes safety Jamal Carter (6) during the second half at Sun Life Stadium. FSU won 30-26. Mandatory Credit: Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Who:  No. 17 Florida State vs. Syracuse

When: 3:30 p.m.

Broadcast: ABC/ESPN2

Where: Carrier Dome, Syracuse, NY

I’m curious to see if FSU will come out and start fast for the second week in a row. Syracuse will be without their starting quarterback and Dalvin Cook will likely become FSU’s all time leading rusher in this game. That’s worth watching alone since he’ll be doing it in just three seasons. FSU is a -21 point favorite.

Nov 7, 2015; Tuscaloosa, AL, USA; LSU Tigers running back Leonard Fournette (7) runs the ball while defended by Alabama Crimson Tide defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson (86) during the third quarter at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Mandatory Credit: John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports

Who: No. 23 Florida vs. No. 16 LSU

When: 1:00 p.m.

Broadcast: SEC Network

Where: Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA

Well, it’ll be the last time we’ll see Florida in action before they travel to Tallahassee next week. Florida is in first place in the SEC east division and will need to win this game to stay ahead of Tennessee.

LSU is a -14 point favorite.
