Michigan transfer announces next destination

New Rutgers coach Chris Ash got some good news over the weekend when former Michigan player Ross Taylor-Douglas announced he will be a Scarlet Knight next season. 

Taylor-Douglas was a three-star recruit when he signed with Michigan in 2013. He played 15 games for the Wolverines and has two years of eligibility. 

When he announced his plan to transfer Taylor-Douglas said he is on pace to graduate in May, meaning he could play right away in Piscataway. 

He told NJ.com he plans to play defensive back at Rutgers. 

The Scarlet Knights defensive backs struggled last season, but their new head coach was credited with turning around a disappointing secondary at Ohio State.
