Michigan State dropped best humblebrag ever this week

Everyone knows recruiting is incredibly important in college football, so the Michigan State football staff wanted to make sure no one felt left out as many programs' personnel hit the road this weekend with their seasons complete.

They dropped a "public service announcement" on Twitter on Monday, apologizing for being unable to visit some of the country's best prospects -- but explaining they have a good reason.

Of course, anyone who wants to see the Spartans play can do so Saturday night when they take on Iowa in the Big Ten championship game.

The Spartans' class was in the national top five earlier this year but has slipped to No. 12, according to Scout.com as of Nov. 30.
