Michigan OL Graham Glasgow suspended for season opener

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan offensive lineman Graham Glasgow has been suspended for part of spring practice and the season-opening game against Appalachian State.

Glasgow's name is on an open criminal complaint, though no charges have been filed, according to the Ann Arbor Police Department.

Coach Brady Hoke says Glasgow violated team expectations, declining to provide more details when he spoke to reporters Thursday at a previously scheduled availability.

Glasgow started all 13 games last season -- nine as a center and four at left guard -- in his third year with the Wolverines.
