Michael Jordan and Derek Jeter are on hand for Michigan's opener
Michigan had some big stars in attendance for Saturday's season opener against Hawaii in Ann Arbor.
Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Charles Woodson and LaMarr Woodley were all at the Big House on Saturday to help kick off another season of Wolverines football.
While Jeter, Woodson and Woodley are all Michigan alums who were there to support U of M football, Jordan was part of the opening-week festivities as an honorary captain for the Wolverines.

Michigan recently signed a massive $174 million apparel contract with Nike and became the first college football program in the country to be outfitted with Jordan's iconic Jumpman logo. The contract was the largest in college sports when it was agreed to.
While Jeter was a student at U of M for less than one year before leaving to play for the New York Yankees, he is a known supporter of the program, especially of coach Jim Harbaugh.
Harbaugh hopes to attract a number of big stars to support the Michigan football program, as he recently told NFL Network that he has extended invitations to Michelle Obama and Donald Trump to serve as honorary Michigan captains.
