Marshall wears special uniforms on 45th anniversary of plane crash

The uniforms included a "75" patch on the jerseys and a "75" logo on the side of the helmets in remembrance of the victims of the crash:

The crash, which occurred in West Virginia as the team was returning from a game at East Carolina, remains the deadliest in sports history. All 75 people on board -- including 37 players, eight coaches, 25 boosters and five members of the flight crew -- died. The Herd canceled the remainder of their 1970 season.

Marshall beat Florida International, 52-0, to improve to 9-2.
