Both the Wisconsin Badgers and LSU Tigers have something in common — they both like to run the ball first and pass second. Wisconsin has been known as a run-heavy program for as long as anyone can remember, producing backs in recent years such as Montee Ball, Melvin Gordon and soon-to-be Corey Clement.

On LSU’s side of things, Les Miles has the luxury of throwing Leonard Fournette out there every week and watching opposing defenses try to take him down.

This will be the second straight year that Wisconsin will open at a ‘neutral’ site against an SEC foe with a Heisman-caliber running back.
