LSU, Miami to open 2018 season at AT&T Stadium
Due to the advent of the College Football Playoff, it seems as if the amount of high-profile games during the beginning of the season are increasing each and every year.
Staying consistent with this premise, the Palm Beach Post reported Thursday that LSU and Miami will compete in the 2018 season opener at AT&T Stadium.
It's the first time the two programs have played one another since the 2005 Peach Bowl. In that contest, LSU thumped the Hurricanes by a score of 40-3.
This game figures to be in the national spotlight. Not only will it increase the visibility of each program even further, but the winner likely will reap the benefits when it comes to recruiting.
