Louisiana-Monroe's Kolton Browning found Rashon Ceaser on a two-point conversion pass to give ULM (5-2, 3-0 Sun Belt Conference) a 43-42 overtime win over Western Kentucky on Saturday.
The two-point conversion followed a 3-yard touchdown run by Browning to bring the Warhawks (5-2, 3-0) within 42-41.
Browning finished 22-of-41 for 308 yards and four touchdowns passing, and ran for 69 yards and two touchdowns.
Kawaun Jakes also threw for 308 yards and four touchdowns for the Hilltoppers (5-2, 2-1) and ran for another score in the loss.
The teams went to overtime after ULM stormed back from a 28-7 second-quarter deficit.
The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Western Kentucky and was the Hilltoppers' first Sun Belt loss since losing to Arkansas State on Oct. 1, 2011.
ULM now has sole possession of first place in the league.
