Lamar Jackson for Heisman? Louisville QB makes history at Syracuse
Louisville sophomore quarterback Lamar Jackson passed for 411 yards and rushed for 199 yards as the Cardinals took on Syracuse on Friday night.
Jackson, 19, threw for one touchdown and added four more on the ground. Jackson recorded more than 610 yards on the night, which set the record for most by a player in a single game in ACC history.
He entered Friday's game with 286 passing yards and six touchdowns while also rushing for 119 more yards and two more touchdowns in last week's 70–14 victory over Charlotte.

His success should not come as much of a surprise as he capped his 2015 season with a 227-yard passing and 226-yard rushing performance against Texas A&M in last year's Music City Bowl.
We should have seen this coming yet Jackson was mainly considered a three-star recruit out of Boynton Beach Community High School in Florida.
