La Tech RB Kenneth Dixon has record-setting day with six touchdowns

Louisiana Tech running back Kenneth Dixon had himself a day on Saturday versus North Texas.

The senior out of Arkansas rushed for 195 yards and an eye-popping six touchdowns in the 56-13 victory. It was a truly record-setting day for Dixon -- who broke multiple pre-existing marks.

By rushing for six touchdowns, Dixon is second all-time in most career touchdowns. Only former Wisconsin running back Montee Ball (83) has more than Dixon (81).

Additionally, Dixon set a C-USA record for most touchdowns in a single game.

With games remaining against UTEP and Southern Miss, Dixon will have two more opportunities to become the NCAA All-Time leader in career touchdowns.
