Kansas State quarterback exits game after gruesome hit

Kansas State quarterback Joe Hubener was off to a solid start this season. The first-year starter guided the Wildcats to a 3-0 record, and last week against Louisiana Tech, he notched 195 passing yards with three scores in an overtime thriller.

But in the first quarter Saturday vs. Oklahoma State, the signal caller got his bell rung pretty good. Watch the play above.

No penalty was given on the play. Receiver (yes, receiver) Kody Cook replaced Hubener under center, and the starter did not return to the game.
