The Trojans appear like they don't skip a beat at running back despite losing Buck Allen to the NFL.

On Friday, Justin Davis and Tre Madden were named to the Doak Walker Award watch list.

Davis didn't have astronomical numbers last season. He rushed for 595 yards and four touchdowns. Madden got off to an impressive start in 2013 but was hampered by lingering hamstring injuries. But clearly, the Doak Walker Award committee feels strong about Davis and Madden's potential in 2015.
