Jim Harbaugh's Q Score easily passes Nick Saban's

Since leaving the NFL and returning to his alma mater to coach the Michigan Wolverines, Jim Harbaugh has made it clear he's out to influence as many young men as he can.

And the early returns show it's working.

The Q Scores Company, which measures the awareness and appeal of personalities, says Harbaugh is close to becoming an iconic figure among male sports fans between the ages of 18 and 34.

His Q score is 25, which means that one in four millennial males considers him a favorite of theirs. That's four points higher than Alabama's Nick Saban, who was also recognized by fewer respondents in the same survey.

"Harbaugh is making a significantly stronger impact than Saban among younger males and that seems to be his objective. And, Harbaugh is on the cusp of being an iconic figure among the general population in the same demographic," Henry Schafer, the company's executive vice president, told the Associated Press.

One thing to keep in mind: The scores were tallied from a survey done in February.

Since then, he's taken his team to Florida for spring break, gone barnstorming for camps around the country and even starred in a rap video.

If he can capitalize on the momentum and turn this into a strong season, the sky's the limit.

Who's got it better than Harbaugh? For now, nobody.
