Indiana's Fant not short on confidence
One of few players returning in the Indiana secondary with game experience, Rashard Fant figures to play a prominent role for the Hoosiers.
The Hoosier Scoop reports he feels quite ready to do just that.
“Humbly, I’ve always felt that I was the best cover guy, even when Tim was here,” Fant said, referring to Tim Bennett, one of last year's starters. “You just gotta do it in games. Like, in practice, I dominate, but I have to transition it to the games. This camp, I’ve made it known I’m the best guy."
The key to transferring that into standout game performances?
"I just have to keep it coming," said Fant, who had 23 tackles last season and broke up five passes.
