The Georgia Bulldogs play their second straight game on the road as they take on the Ole Miss Rebels in Oxford on Saturday.
The Bulldogs (3–0, 1–0 SEC) are coming off a thrilling 28–27 comeback victory over SEC East foe Missouri as freshman quarterback Jacob Eason threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah McKenzie on fourth down with 1:31 to play.
For the second time in three games, Ole Miss (1–2, 0–1 SEC) blew a three-touchdown lead.
This time, it was to top-ranked Alabama. The Rebels led 24–3 in the second quarter only to see the Crimson Tide storm back to take a 48–30 lead before holding on to the victory. The Rebels allowed 334 rushing yards to Alabama.
Georgia leads the all-time series 32-12-1. The teams last played Nov. 3, 2012, a 37–10 home victory by Georgia.
