It's been a mixed bag for Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury thus far.

By all accounts, his offense has been a massive success. Patrick Mahomes has flourished under Kingsbury's tutelage, and he's probably going to be on campus for two more seasons. After all, this Red Raider program is known for having an explosive offense.

But the defense has been another story. It's almost been comically bad. Oklahoma State hung 70 on Tech on Saturday, in a game that Texas Tech had a great chance to win early on.
