Georgia State Panthers vs Wisconsin Badgers: Game Info, TV, Live Stream, Radio and More

Wisconsin closes their non-conference schedule at home against the Georgia State Panthers.

In a final tune up before they start Big Ten play, the No. 9 Wisconsin Badgers will look to keep on rolling as they host the Georgia State Panthers from the Sun Belt Conference. This will be the last chance fans will have to watch Wisconsin at Camp Randall Stadium until October 15th when they will the Ohio State Buckeyes.

After defeating LSU in week one, the Badgers showed no signs of a let down last week when they crushed Akron 54-10 in their home opener. Wisconsin dominated that game from the opening kickoff, holding onto the ball for over 40 minutes in the game and racking up 586 total yards. The defense also held strong as well, allowing just 224 total yards from the Zips and forced two turnovers.

On the other side of the field, the Panthers have not had a great start to the season. After losing to Ball State 31-21 in the season opener, Georgia State was blown out 48-14 at Air Force. The Panthers have not really been able to get anything going offensively. Quarterback Conner Manning has thrown for just 298 yards and two touchdowns while their top rusher, backup quarterback Aaron Winchester, has 58 yards total on the season. The big story on Georgia State is their inability to stop the run. The Panthers rank dead last in run defense, allowing 394.5 yards per game on the ground, and time of possession which is 19:25 per game. Comparatively speaking the Badgers are averaging 214 yards per game and is second in the country in time of possession, averaging 39 minutes per game.

Wisconsin will look to keep the momentum going at home before starting a brutal Big Ten schedule next week at Michigan State.
