FSU QB Golson rips analyst for comments about Seminoles

Everett Golson may have won over Florida State fans before he even took his first snap, as the Notre Dame transfer quarterback defended the Seminoles against comment made by college football analyst Paul Finebaum.

Finebaum, who is an expert on SEC football, spoke about Florida State on ESPN Saturday and said that the Seminoles have “no business” being in the top 10.

Those comments didn’t sit well with Golson, who tweeted, “The fire been lit, but thanks @paulfinebaum for adding fuel to it! #IHearTheWhispers #MJinspired  #NoleNation.”

For added motivation, Golson made sure to tweet the comments to his fellow teammates.
