FSU football senior wide receiver Jesus “Bobo” Wilson’s career is over. Will Nyqwan Murray continue to dominate?
It’s next man up for FSU football. Senior wide receiver Jesus “Bobo” Wilson injured his foot in the Wake Forest game, and has missed the last two games with that injury.
It was announced he would miss the remainder of the year as he’s opted to have surgery to repair the foot injury.
His FSU career is effectively over.

Murray was second on the team with 30 receptions and 390 yards, and also plays a role in the punt return game that’s averaging near 17 yards per return.
However, Nyqwan Murray has emerged in his absence as arguably FSU’s most dominant receiver in the past two games.
Murray has 15 receptions and 249 yards against two of the better defenses FSU has faced this season.
Can we expect Murray’s continued dominance?
Thoughts
We talked about Murray in fall camp as he was emerging to become one of FSU’s most electric playmakers.
He’s quick, has great body control with extremely strong hands. In its next two games, FSU will face teams with mediocre to terrible pass defenses in Boston College and Syracuse.
If Murray lit two of the better defenses, it’s safe to say he could do the same to Boston College and Syracuse. Boston College will try to play some man-to-man coverage which will be a mistake as NC State found out.
Boston College is great against the run, so expect FSU to have to beat them threw the air similar to NC State.
Syracuse’s defense is a sieve, so the FSU offense should have a big day on the ground and through the air.
Murray’s dominance could continue, and he’ll be needed when the ‘Noles play Florida in the season finale.
