FSU football overwhelmed the Charleston Southern football team 52-8 on Saturday. However, they didn’t get off to a great start with the offensive line committing false start penalties at an alarming rate.
Also, the holes for Dalvin Cook to run through that should have been there were not early on, but Deondre Francois picked right up from where he left off in the Ole Miss game.
He connected with Travis Rudolph for two touchdowns in the first half, and Bobo Wilson returned a punt 89 yards for a touchdown. The first punt return for a touchdown since 2012.
The ‘Noles led 35-6 at half after giving up a 57 yard touchdown pass on a blown assignment in the secondary.
