Former Houston linebacker transferring to Texas Tech

Former Houston Cougar linebacker Luke Stice has one more year of college football eligibility, and he's choosing to spend it at Texas Tech.

 

The Red Raider defense desperately needs a jolt, and perhaps Stice can provide one along with several other fresh faces. 

 

Stice posted the following message to his Twitter account:

 

Stice is a Texas native and former standout at Midland Lee high school. He also took snaps at linebacker during his time at Houston.
