Elite Washington D.C. athlete Hansford down to two schools

On Monday, top 2016 athlete Aaron Hansford narrowed his recruitment down to two schools with less than two weeks remaining until National Signing Day on Feb. 3.

Via a report from Scout.com, the Washington D.C. native is now primarily considering Texas A&M and UCLA.

Versatility is the name of the game for the elite athlete. Hansford can literally play all over the field on both sides of the ball. While he could feature as a standout outside linebacker and/or safety, wide receiver is his preferred position.

Possessing exceptional speed and quickness, Hansford's position versatility has made him undoubtedly a hot commodity when it comes to recruiting.

UCLA was one of the first schools to pitch him the idea of playing as a pass-catching threat. With Thomas Duarte headed to the NFL, Hansford may be able to slide in right away at the "Y" position within UCLA's offense.

Hansford just concluded a visit to Texas A&M this past weekend, and will announce his final decision on signing day. He had previously taken trips to Oregon, UCLA, Michigan State, and Notre Dame.
