Dwayne Washington named to Doak Walker Award watch list

Washington running back Dwayne Washington has been named to the 2015 Doak Walker Award watch list. The Doak Walker Award is presented annually to the nation's top running back.

Washington, a junior, ran for 697 yards and nine touchdowns in 2014 as a sophomore. He is expected to be the Huskies go-to running back in 2015.

Last season, Wisconsin's Melvin Golden took home the Doak Walker Award.
