Ducks players lament the loss to Washington State, say 'We've got to win. We're Oregon.'
Oregon's 45-38 double overtime loss to Washington State last Saturday has put the team in an unfamiliar position. The team has three losses and a .500 record.
When asked about the loss to WSU, tight end Johnny Mundt said that the Ducks need to win because of the expectations of playing at a place like Oregon.
"Honestly this loss has definitely put a chip on our shoulder," said Mundt. "We've got to win. We're Oregon. We're not supposed to lose at home -- we're not supposed to lose in general -- but it happened, so we're going to go out there and give it our best shot."
The Ducks are underdogs as they travel to Seattle to take on the Huskies on Saturday night.
