Ducks lose consecutive home games for first time since 2002

With its double overtime loss to Washington State on Saturday night in Eugene, the Ducks have fallen at Autzen Stadium for the second consecutive game. Oregon had not done that since the 2002 season.

When the Ducks lost to Arizona State and USC in October of 2002, the team was ranked No. 6 in the nation and was sitting at 6-0. However after a 45-42 loss to ASU and a 44-33 loss to USC, the Ducks dropped six of their final seven games of the season.

The Ducks finished the year with a 7-6 record and a 3-5 conference record. With a 3-3 record through six games and a difficult conference slate ahead, it looks like the Ducks could be in for a very long season.
