Dantonio extends sympathy to Michigan football family

Before talking about Michigan State's opportunity to clinch the Big Ten East this week, Spartans coach Mark Dantonio took a moment to express sympathy for a Michigan football family that lost a member this week. 

Chad Carr, the grandson of former Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr, died Monday from an inoperable brain tumor. 

MSU and Ohio State wore helmet decals recognizing Chad's fight last weekend when the Spartans beat the Buckeyes in Columbus.
