Cowboys trying to keep 'poker face'
To say the least, the Oklahoma State running game remains a work in progress.
After a huge training camp, Chris Carson has been ineffective in the first two games. And while steady, Rennie Childs has never gotten too many Cowboys fans excited. But it's not all on the backs. The offensive line must do their part, too.
“As a running back,” said Rennie Childs, “you can't just get on your offensive line and yell at them and stuff. That's not a good way to get at them.
“You have to have a good poker face, and let them know everything's going to be all right.”
Interesting strategy for Oklahoma State running backs. Let's see how it pays off for them.
