Colorado vs Washington: Live stream, preview and prediction

Here’s how you can watch Friday evening’s Colorado vs Washington game from Levi’s Stadium online.

If it weren’t for a loss to USC a couple of weeks back, the Washington Huskies would likely be in the No. 2 spot in the College Football Playoff poll with a slight chance to lose against Colorado in the Pac-12 title game and still get in. However, that loss was crucial.

The Huskies can still get in with a win. Jake Browning will be the key to that as he leads one of the best passing attacks in the country. He has thrown for 3,162 yards and 40 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. He is also a Heisman Trophy contender.

John Ross has been his top target this season and that won’t change on Friday. He has caught 72 passes for 1,071 yards and 16 touchdowns. Dante Pettis is also a top-level target and Myles Gaskin is a 1,000-yard rusher to watch out for.

What a season it has been for the Colorado Buffaloes. No one would have guessed that they would be the deciding factor in the playoff race, but here they are. The 10-2 Buffaloes could really shake things up in the playoff race with a win over No. 4 Washington.

Colorado’s defense needs to slow down Browning like it has with other top quarterbacks this season. The Buffaloes have an impressive group on that side of the ball and it has given the offense an opportunity to stay in tough games.

Offensively, Sefo Liufau will be the difference. The senior quarterback has passed for 2,150 yards and 11 touchdowns with three picks while missing a few games with a leg injury. Shay Fields and Devin Ross are his top receivers and Colorado also has a 1,000-yard rusher in Phillip Lindsay.

This game has the most bearing on the College Football Playoff race and could go either way. Colorado has been dubbed the underdog, but they might be the best team Washington has faced this season. The Huskies will win this one in close fashion, though.

Prediction: Colorado 31, Washington 35
