Colorado recorded 2nd-most rushing yards since 1996 vs. UMass

The Colorado Buffaloes went to town vs. UMass, recording a convincing 48-14 blowout victory.

Colorado was particularly dominant on the ground, adding 390 rushing yards. It was their only time rushing over 250 yards since joining the Pac-12, and their second most rushing yards since 1996. Colorado's leading rusher was Michael Adkins II (pictured above), who had 119 yards on 19 attempts.

Christian Powell also added over 100 yards, recording 105 rushing yards on 8 attempts. Phillip Lindsay had a nice day, too, with 73 yards on 10 attempts. Patrick Carr had 10 attempts as well, but was less impressive comparatively -- recording only 55 yards.

Quarterback Sefo Liufau had eight attempts, recording just 36 yards, but earning a touchdown on the ground. He was one of four players (Adkins, Powell and Lindsay) to record a rushing touchdown in the match.
