Rodgers is rated the 20th-best wide receiver prospect in the country by 247Sports and the 5-foot-10, 195-pound pass catcher is expected to bring a jolt to the Clemson offense.
Rogers, who attends Knoxville Catholic High School in Tennessee, held offers from several major schools including Alabama and LSU.
