Clay Helton on playing Oregon: 'This is going to be about points'

USC interim head coach Clay Helton knows what it's going to take to beat Oregon in Eugene on Saturday. Points, points and more points.

In speaking with the media on Tuesday, Helton said that playing Oregon always puts more pressure on the offense because of the Ducks' ability to score points quickly and in bunches.

"This is going to be about points. It always is with Oregon," said Helton. "A lot of pressure this week is going to be on our offense."

Defensively, Helton knows his Trojans are going to need to key in on Oregon's running attack. The Ducks rank No. 4 in the nation in rushing offense and have gained 2,974 yards on the ground this season.

The Ducks and Trojans meet on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. PST.
