Charleston Southern could reportedly have 30 + players suspended for the FSU game or a conference game next week.
A tweet by Ariya Massoudi triggered a wave of conversation regarding the status of a ton Charleston Southern players:

If that’s true and the players have the option to sit out the FSU game or a conference game the following week.
It should be a no-brainer for them to sit out the FSU game. Here’s why:
Charleston Southern will be coming to Tallahassee and getting a pay check. It doesn’t matter who plays, because the likelihood of them winning even at full strength is less than one percent.
What should be the most important thing for Charleston Southern is looking to win the Big South Conference championship. They are the defending champions of that conference and have a conference game the following week.
Charleston Southern lost their starting quarterback for the season last week in the first quarter. He tore his ACL and MCL in the first quarter. Their backup quarterback got hurt as well, and their third string quarterback had to play the entire second half against Kentucky St.
What’s the point in playing their starters against FSU, and not their conference game next week? I get that they may not get to play against a top five team again, but what’s really important to the team?
