Cal DE Kyle Kragen named Pac-12 defensive player of the week

Cal defensive end Kyle Kragen has been named the Pac-12's Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Bears' 30-24 win over Washington on Saturday.

Kragen registered a career-high with six tackles and 2.5 sacks on the day. He also forced his first fumble of the season and broke up a pass.

Cal, now ranked No. 24 in the AP Poll, will host Washington State this Saturday in Berkeley.
