BYU's Fred Warner on Josh Rosen: 'He's just another guy'
Josh Rosen had one of the most impressive true freshman debuts of all-time vs. Virginia, but upcoming foe BYU isn't drinking the Kool-Aid.
According to ESPN 960, BYU's Fred Warner, a sophomore linebacker, was quoted throwing shade at UCLA's rising star. “Everyone’s talking about how great this QB for UCLA is," said Warner, according to the tweet. "But to us, he’s just another guy."
Rosen has 574 yards and 4 TD's through two games so far this season.
Warner recorded 9 tackles vs. Boise State on Saturday. Perhaps his comments could be used as "locker room motivation" material for the Bruins, who match up against BYU on Saturday via FS1.
