911 tape from FSU running back Cook's alleged incident released

On the same day that head coach Jimbo Fisher came out with a strong stance against violence toward women, the Tallahassee Police Department Tuesday released the 911 call that led to the arrest of sophomore running back Dalvin Cook, according to the Tallahassee Democrat. 

The alleged female victim can be heard saying: “Some football players hit me. My lip is bleeding." She then told the dispatcher she wished to press charges. 

Who do they play for, the dispatcher asked: "They said FSU. They got a little rowdy because my friend didn't want to talk to them." 

The alleged victim goes into further detail on what she claims happened in an eight-minute phone call that can be heard in its entirety here.

Cook lead the Seminoles with 1,008 rushing yards and was second on the team with eight touchdowns last season.

How will Fisher and Florida State respond after publicly demeaning violence against women? The entire college football world will be watching and waiting for the answer.
