Wilson has 16 points, 11 boards; Army beats Binghamton 67-56

WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) — Matt Wilson had 16 points and 11 rebounds and Army pulled away midway through the second half for a 67-56 victory over Binghamton on Wednesday night.

Wilson was 7 of 11 from the field and has shot over 50 percent in 13 straight games. It was also his first double-double of the season. Tommy Funk added 13 points and Jordan Fox had 11 for Army (3-5).

Sam Sessoms scored 19 points and J.C. Show added 13 to lead Binghamton (2-5), with each making three 3-pointers.

The game was tied at 29 with 18 minutes left before Army used a 15-3 run to take a 44-32 lead. Show's back-to-back 3-pointers, another 3 from Albert Odero and Sessoms' jumper pulled Binghamton to 49-43 with just under 10 minutes remaining. The Bearcats stayed within single digits for most of the way, cutting the deficit to 50-45, but they didn't get closer.
