USF's Jones signs with agent
South Florida’s Dominique Jones told FOXSports.com that he has signed with an agent and will forgo his final season in college.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound Jones averaged 21.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists last season for the Bulls and was arguably the most dominant player in the Big East for much of league play.
Jones, a Florida native, went for 46 points in a win at Providence and also had 37 in a victory against Pittsburgh in late January.
Jones is a strong, scoring guard who NBA executives have told FOXSports.com could go anywhere from late first round to the middle of the second round.
