UCLA's Tony Parker flirts with Allie LaForce

UCLA defeated UAB on Saturday to advance to the Sweet 16. Bruins big man Tony Parker had a tremendous game, registering 28 points and 12 rebounds. 

After the game, the junior forward tried to keep his strong performance going. He gave new meaning to the term “heat check” when he decided to throw a compliment at CBS sideline reporter Allie LaForce’s jewelry.

"Nice bracelet, by the way," Parker said at the end of his interview.

Maybe Parker is just a really nice guy. Either way, LaForce is off the market. She married Los Angeles Angels relief pitcher Joe Smith in January.

LaForce’s colleague, Doug Gottlieb, made sure a Twitter user knew the 26-year-old was taken.

Who says nothing interesting ever comes from sideline interviews?
