Saint Louis 68, Duquesne 41

Dwayne Evans led five double-figure scorers with 13 points and Saint Louis limited Duquesne to 31 percent shooting in a 68-41 victory Saturday night.

Brian Conklin and Mike McCall Jr. scored 11 points apiece for the Billikens (15-4, 3-2 Atlantic 10), and Kwamain Mitchell and Kyle Cassity had 10 each. Evans also grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds as Saint Louis held its seventh opponent under 50 points.

Eric Evans' 12 points led the Dukes (12-8, 3-3), whose two-game winning streak ended in a contest in which they made just 17 of 55 shots.

After T.J. McConnell's 3-pointer put Duquesne ahead 20-19 with 9:26 left in the first half, Evans finished a 7-2 Saint Louis run with a three-point play for a 26-22 edge with 4:46 to go.

The Billikens stretched it to 37-26 at the break and were not threatened in the second half.
