Robertson 20 points spark Colgate to 74-60 win over BU (Feb 07, 2018)

HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) Jordan Robertson, averaging 5.0 points per game, came off the bench to score 20 points in 20 minutes in leading Colgate to a 74-60 victory over Boston University on Wednesday night.

The Raiders (14-10, 9-4) snapped a second-place tie with the Terriers (12-12, 8-5), and moved a half-game closer to Patriot League leader Bucknell (11-2).

Sean O'Brien and Jordan Swopshire scored 11 points each and Dana Batt and Will Rayman 10 apiece for Colgate, which hit 12 of 26 3-point attempts.

Max Mahoney scored 15 points, Javante McCoy 13 and Tyler Scanlon 11 for BU, which shot 49 percent but was only 3 of 7 at the free-throw line to Colgate's 12-of-17.

Mahoney tied the game with 10:39 to go with a bucket but Colgate outscored BU 20-6 from there, including a 14-0 game-ending run.

Robertson scored 12 points in the first half when Colgate took a 40-33 lead.
