Przemek Karnowski's back spasms 'doesn't seem to be getting better' says Mark Few

Gonzaga has played the last three games without senior center Przemek Karnowski, and that could continue for the foreseeable future.

Gonzaga head coach Mark Few updated the status of Karnowski, who is battling back spasms, following the team's 61-58 win over Montana on Tuesday night.

Few said prior to the Arizona game that the "spasms are slightly better," according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports. Karnowski is averaging 8.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game in five appearances with the Zags this season.

The Bulldogs, who blew a second-half lead to Arizona last weekend, host UCLA on Saturday night in another marquee non-conference matchup.
